How our deals work
TriGard Group buys properties directly from owners. When we have a property under contract, we may assign our purchase contract to a buyer from this list, or close on it ourselves and resell it. We do not act as anyone's agent or broker, and we only market properties we have under contract or own.
Assignment fees, earnest money terms and closing details are set out in writing for each property. Closings run through an independent closing attorney or title company.
